Chief Master Woo Joo Choi was born in Korea, and began Taekwondo training at the age of 7 in 1964.  He earned his 1st Degree Black Belt in 1968.  As a member of the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF), he went on to earn his 2nd, 3rd and 4th Degree Black Belts in 1971, 1975 and 1979 respectively.  He taught Taekwondo at the Korean Police Academy for three years, and has also distinguished himself as an Olympic Taekwondo Referee.  In 1981, Sr. Master Choi immigrated to the United States and continued to advance in the WTF.  He was promoted to 5th Degree in 1987, and again to 6th Degree in 1991.

Joining the American Taekwondo Association (ATA) in 1991 as a 5th Degree Black Belt, he was promoted to 6th Degree in 1993 and bestowed the title of Master in 1995.  In 2000, he became a 7th Degree Senior Master and in October 2007, he earned his 8th Degree Black Belt, and during the 2008 World Championships Master Ceremony, he was honored with the title of Chief Master.
                                       

Mr. Dal Joon Moon was born in South Korea in 1966 and
attended the Korean Chong Nam school where he  received a bachelor in Physical Education with an emphasis in Taekwondo.  As a member of the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF),  Mr. Moon earned his 1st Degree Black Belt in 1979, 2nd Degree in 1980 and 3rd Degree Black Belt in 1982. From 1986-1989, he taught the art of Taekwondo to the South Korean Army.  Upon completion of his duties, he earned his 4th Degree Black Belt.  Mr. Moon joined the American Taekwondo Association (ATA) in 1993, and a year later he successfully earned his 5th Degree Black Belt with ATA. He holds a 6th Degree Black Belt with WTF.
